Continuance Intention of Online Healthcare Communities

The purpose of this research is to evaluate the continuance usage intention on online healthcare community (OHC) platform for patients and examine "doctor-OHC-patient" relationship. proposed model attempted integrate social interaction ties, shared value, trust with indirect effects relationship between determinants continuous OHC platform. empirical results showed that perceived critical mass, identity, para-social would strengthen via ties. In addition, study found values increase users' willingness continue OHC. This provides managers an in-depth understanding interaction. may also help hospitals, health policy makers, related practitioners improve way they use web advocacy guidance, provide insight into intent promoting ongoing platforms.
